What We Offer

A local lab for practices that want more control over turnaround.

Case design, milling, printing, and finishing all happen in our facility, which gives us more control over quality and scheduling than a lab that outsources part of the process.

Digital Workflow

We accept scans from most intraoral scanners, so most cases do not require a physical impression.

In House Production

Milling and printing are done on our own equipment rather than sent to a separate facility.

Experienced Technicians

Our senior ceramists handle layering, staining, and characterization by hand, with years of experience on complex esthetic and full mouth cases.

Regional Coverage

We currently work with practices in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware and are adding new areas as we grow.

How We Work

Digital design, finished the way a good ceramist finishes it.

Every case starts as a digital design, but the part that makes a restoration disappear next to natural teeth still happens by hand. Cases that call for a real match go through cutback and layering with systems like IPS e.max Ceram, GC Initial, and Creation, then internal staining, surface texture, and a final glaze under magnification and corrected light. We take on single unit matches, complex anterior cases, implant esthetics, and full mouth reconstruction.

Zirkonzahn® M5 Milling Unit

A 5 axis wet and dry milling machine used for zirconia, PMMA, wax, and hybrid ceramic blocks.

CEREC® Compatible Milling

We accept CEREC® digital scans from Dentsply Sirona equipped practices and mill them on our inLab® MC X5 unit.

Ivoclar Vivadent Programat® Furnace

A programmable furnace used for sintering and glaze firing after milling.
