Services and Equipment
Cases are designed on our software, produced on our milling and printing equipment, then reviewed and finished by a technician. Below is an overview of what we offer and the equipment we use.
Fixed Restorations
This ranges from a single posterior crown to a single central that has to match its neighbor exactly, up through full mouth cases where every unit has to agree in shade, texture, and shape.
Monolithic zirconia for strength, or cutback and layered zirconia when a more natural, translucent result is needed.
Milled frameworks for bridgework ranging from a few units to full mouth reconstruction, checked for fit before delivery.
Digitally designed and hand layered to match the shade, shape, and texture of the adjacent teeth, including single central cases.
Implant Solutions
Titanium and zirconia abutments milled to match specific implant systems.
Screw retained hybrid and implant supported bridges with titanium bar frameworks.
We can mill an implant provisional for same visit placement while the final restoration is finished.
Removable Prosthetics
Designed from a digital impression and milled from puck material.
Chrome cobalt and flexible partial frameworks designed for fit and retention.
Milled from clear or dual layer material for patients dealing with bruxism or TMJ discomfort.
Orthodontic and Clear Appliances
We design and fabricate clear aligners, retainers, and expansion appliances from your scans, so the practice stays in control of treatment planning.
Sequential aligner models are printed on our SprintRay® equipment, then thermoformed and trimmed by hand.
Digital Design and Surgical Guides
Guides designed from CBCT and scan data to help with implant placement.
Printed models used for diagnostics, patient consultations, and appliance fabrication.
Digital wax ups and printed try ins to preview an outcome before the final restoration is milled.
Shade Matching
Cases that require an esthetic match are measured with a digital spectrophotometer and reviewed under corrected lighting. From there it is cutback and layering with systems like IPS e.max Ceram, GC Initial, and Creation, internal staining for depth, and surface texture work under magnification before the final glaze. The goal on a single unit case is that no one can point to which tooth is the restoration.
Captures shade, value, and translucency data from the patient's teeth for the layering and glazing process.
Equipment
This is the equipment on our lab floor, used across the services listed above.
5 axis wet and dry milling machine for zirconia, PMMA, wax, and hybrid ceramic blocks.
Dentsply Sirona CAD/CAM system that lets us receive CEREC® scans from equipped practices and mill cases in house.
Programmable sintering and porcelain firing after milling.
Direct metal laser sintering for chrome cobalt partial frameworks and implant bar substructures.
Digital shade capture for cases that require an esthetic match.
Resin printers for surgical guides, models, try ins, and provisional restorations.
Design software used to plan crowns, bridges, denture bases, and appliances before milling.
We accept case files from 3Shape TRIOS®, Medit i Series, iTero®, and CEREC® intraoral scanners.
A dedicated area where technicians layer, stain, and glaze restorations under corrected lighting.
Case Work
We produce single unit matches, layered anterior cases, implant esthetics, and full mouth reconstruction on a regular basis. Reach out through the contact page and we will walk you through recent case examples.
